Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand KPK has the authority to conduct annual and supply exams of SSC part 1 & 2 and HSSC part 1 & 2 annual and supply exams in Malakand District and its nearby districts. It is the only educational board in this area due to which all the public and private schools and colleges here are affiliated with Malakand Board for the organization of matric and intermediate exams. Thousands of regular and private students participate in the annual exams of matric and intermediate class every year. Matric class exams are held earlier during the months of March and April and then Malakand Board starts intermediate level exams during the months of May and June. For both these exams, written papers are held earlier which are followed by practical papers.

The students of matric and intermediate class only have to wait for couple of months while BISE Malakand announces the results of SSC annual exams in June or July while HSSC annual exams results are issued by the board in August or September. Soon after the announcement of results, these results are available at the official site of Malakand from where the students can easily view their detailed results. After few days of result announcement, the result cards can also be received by the students at their mentioned addresses.

BISE Malakand organizes supply exams of martic and intermediate class also known as improvement exam or 2nd annual for the unsuccessful students of annual exams. These supply exams are held after couple of months of the annual exams results and the result of these supply exams of SSC and HSSC exams are issued after one or two months of the supply exams.

BISE Malakand primary & middle classes result 2024 is declared after one month of the Malakand Board class 5 & 8 annual exams 2024. BISE Malakand 5th & 8th classes result 2024 is provided online with the complete detail of marks and the students will check their Malakand Board grade V & VIII result 2024 and the names of position holder students are also shared online.
